I, as Renter, consent and agree that I will appear, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Town of Miami agents, officers, and/or employees from and against all liability, claim, or whatsoever arising out of or as a result of this rental or of any claim of liability arising out of any incident or happening in the area or areas included in this rental contract during the term of this contract, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs
Should litigation be necessary to enforece any term or provision of ths contract or to collect on damages claimed or portion of the amount payable under this contract, then all litigation and collection expenses, witness fees, court costs, and attorney's fees shall be paid to the prevailing party.
Renter agrees to abide to all of the items outlined in Renter's Responsibilities describing the cleaning and event rules
