Town of Miami Request for Proposal (RFP)
The Town of Miami will accept bids from qualified firms registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to perform the following services:
HVAC Installation Services for the Miami Police Department facility. The Town is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify and select a qualified HVAC contractor to design, supply, install, test, and commission a new air conditioning system for its facility. The project aims to improve energy efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and create a comfortable working environment for staff. Bids must be sealed, labeled “HVAC Installation Services for the Miami PD Facility”, and delivered to the Miami Town Hall, ATTN: Karen Norris, 500 W. Sullivan Street, Miami, AZ 85539, no later than 3:00 p.m. on June 2, 2025. Faxes are not acceptable. Late bids will be returned unopened. The Town of Miami may waive informalities in the bids, may negotiate with any and all bidders, and may reject all bids if it is deemed in the best interest of the Town. (published 5/21/25)
