Public Records Requests:

The Town Clerk’s Office is dedicated to maintaining the town’s official records and ensuring they are accessible to the public. If you need to request public records, please contact Karen Norris, our Town Clerk. She will assist you with your request and provide the necessary information or documentation you need.

How to Request Public Records:

  • Email: Send your request to Karen Norris at norris@miamiaz.gov.
  • Phone: Call us at 928-473-4403 ext. 102 to speak directly with Karen Norris.
  • In-Person: You can also visit the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours for assistance with your public records request.

Karen Norris serves as the Town Clerk for Miami, AZ, and is responsible for the safekeeping of all official town records, coordinating town elections, and ensuring open and accessible communication with the public. She is here to assist you with any inquiries related to public records, town governance, or council activities.

Town Council Meetings:

We encourage all residents to stay engaged with town affairs by attending our Town Council meetings. These meetings are a great opportunity to learn about what’s happening in our community, voice your opinions, and participate in local governance.

How to Attend or Watch Town Council Meetings:

  • Livestream: Our Town Council meetings are livestreamed on Facebook. You can watch them live at www.facebook.com/miamiarizona/live. You do not need a Facebook account to view our live meetings.
  • In-Person: Council meetings are now open for public attendance. Please check the meeting schedule on our website for dates and times, and join us in person to participate in the discussion and decision-making that shapes our town.
